A primeira fase consiste na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do programa de trabalhos a desenvolver e na identifica\u00e7\u00e3o da metodologia a adotar para a concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhos referentes ao PESIPAC-RL, resultando na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de um roteiro metodol\u00f3gico. Tamb\u00e9m nesta fase ser\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m desenvolvido o plano de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o, elemento central e que constituir\u00e1, juntamente com o roteiro metodol\u00f3gico, um instrumento orientador e agregador de todas as a\u00e7\u00f5es e trabalhos a concretizar.<\/p>\n
Partindo dos resultados e orienta\u00e7\u00f5es espelhadas no plano de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da candidatura, como elemento central de um processo de educa\u00e7\u00e3o, sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e informa\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, nesta fase dever\u00e3o ser desenvolvidos suportes para divulgar quer os riscos associados \u00e0s Altera\u00e7\u00f5es Clim\u00e1ticas aos quais o territ\u00f3rio da CIMRL se encontra exposto, quer das medidas de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o que dever\u00e3o ser adotadas por parte da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
Nesta fase dever\u00e1 ser elaborado um manual interativo multiplataforma com enfoque na tem\u00e1tica dos riscos associados \u00e0s Altera\u00e7\u00f5es Clim\u00e1ticas, especificamente vocacionado para o p\u00fablico infantil. Considerando a natureza do p\u00fablico-alvo a que se destina, este manual dever\u00e1 pautar-se por uma linguagem simples e uma marcada vertente interativa, de modo a despertar a aten\u00e7\u00e3o e o interesse das crian\u00e7as para os conte\u00fados a disponibilizar; Para acompanhar o manual produzido ser\u00e1 desenvolvido um guia elucidativo do \u00e2mbito e das funcionalidades do referido manual que, para al\u00e9m da sua vertente t\u00e9cnica, dever\u00e1 ter inerente a finalidade de constituir um documento de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o desta ferramenta junto das fam\u00edlias e educadores.<\/p>\n
Em paralelo com o desenvolvimento do manual interativo multiplataforma para o p\u00fablico infantil, dever\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m ser produzido um manual interativo multiplataforma alusivo \u00e0 tem\u00e1tica dos riscos associados \u00e0s Altera\u00e7\u00f5es Clim\u00e1ticas adequado \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o adulta; Para acompanhar o manual produzido, dever\u00e1 ser desenvolvido um guia elucidativo do \u00e2mbito e das funcionalidades deste manual que, para al\u00e9m da sua vertente t\u00e9cnica, dever\u00e1 ter inerente a finalidade de constituir um documento de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o desta ferramenta junto da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
Nesta fase ser\u00e3o divulgados as ferramentas e os materiais desenvolvidos nas fases anteriores junto dos respetivos p\u00fablicos-alvo, designadamente da popula\u00e7\u00e3o em geral, da popula\u00e7\u00e3o infantil e da popula\u00e7\u00e3o adulta. No sentido de maximizar o potencial de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o e ades\u00e3o dos p\u00fablicos-alvo aos materiais e ferramentas desenvolvidas, proceder-se-\u00e1, tamb\u00e9m nesta fase, \u00e0 realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de sess\u00f5es p\u00fablicas de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o nos munic\u00edpios associados da CIMRL, tendo estas como objetivo apresentar o projeto os objetivos e os resultados esperados, e divulgar as ferramentas e materiais desenvolvidos.<\/p>\n
Nesta fase ser\u00e3o avaliados os trabalhos desenvolvidos durante a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto, devendo ser produzido um relat\u00f3rio com as principais conclus\u00f5es decorrentes do balan\u00e7o final dos trabalhos realizados, com a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos objetivos iniciais e respetiva aferi\u00e7\u00e3o do grau de consecu\u00e7\u00e3o dos mesmos. Este relat\u00f3rio dever\u00e1 ainda integrar a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o das eventuais dificuldades surgidas no decurso da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e das solu\u00e7\u00f5es encontradas para as contornar, assim como outras conclus\u00f5es e\/ou recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es que se afigurem relevantes.<\/p>\n\n
